My wife and I have lived here for over two years.

Mold is a problem. Cracks in the ceiling and appliances that don't work properly.

Cabinets are crap. Flimsey and when the doors on the front of them won't close anymore, Chase Lea can't fix them.

There's only one dumpster that can be a hike and no place to put outgoing mail.

Employees of Chase Lea can live in the apartments, which I find unethical, as it puts you in an awkward spot if you have to call the cops on them.

Dog crap everywhere and, while the grounds that visitors might see are kept nice, behind the buildings is another story.
