That last review you all just read. I gaurantee you that an employee or manager wrote that. I lived at Chase Lea in three different apartments and the only thing nice I can say is that, well nothing. I didn?t like the employees, the residents were rude and stuck up. People constantly had there cars broken in to. Maitenance was terrible. Well except for one gentlemen but I forgot his name. He isn?t even there anymore, he probally left because they treated him bad. Oh and the property manager won?t do anything she is so lazy and sleeps with every maitenance man that comes around. Ask her fiance?. He used to work there until they found out the were messing around now he?s not there. He had to go to a whole other company.

As for the electric bill. I don?t know what the last review was talking about. My bills every time were $200.00 or over. That?s the truth.

If you check out some of the other properties the managemnt owns (which is Morgan Properties) you?ll see that I?m not lying. It?s not the properties fault, it?s the company and people who?s taking care of. it
