Excellent Community From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/8/2001 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2001   My husband and I have lived at Chase Lea for almost a year now. During our time here, we have encountered nothing less than excellent service. The maintenance crews are very good, and any problems are always handled quickly. In addition, they make sure to do yearly preventitive maintenance, and the grounds upkeep is good as well. The apartments are beautiful, and the prices are on target for the general area. And the neighborhood is nice and quiet. We have never once regretted our decision to move here.
