I have lived here for way too long already. If I were not so lazy and concerned with purchasing a house too soon, then I would certainly not still be here. I pay $1100 each month to "live" in this place. However, all this place cares about is MAKING MONEY. I call about maintenance issues and NEVER receive a response. I generally have to call three or four times and finally have to write nasty letters to get any type of response. The place is cold in the winter and hot in the summer...they do not care. There are squirrels in the walls...they do not care. The electrical outlets stopped working...they took more than one week to correct the situation. My heat pump burned up in the middle of the winter...they did not fix it for three days. They do not care...they do not care...they do not care. Ms. Zimmerman is the WORST administrator ever. She signs her name to everything and does nothing.

They even filed a lawsuit on me for not paying my rent one month, even though they had already cashed my check one week prior. I called them three times about it and NEVER received a response. I had to miss two days of work trying to get it taken care of. FINALLY, they figured out (with all their brain power) they had credited MY payment into SOMEONE else's account. Lawsuit was dropped. Did I receive any apologies' NO NO NO NO NO!!!! I even tried to get one and they simply informed me, "This is a dead issue." What a bunch of jerks. Only losers decide to come to live here and then to stay here...myself included. I need to suck it up and purchase a house, as anywhere would be better than this place!
