Do Not Move Here

I have lived in Chase Lea for almost 2 years now. The management company has not done much of anything at all with regards to the upkeep and maintenance of these apts. The walls were not painted well, the kitchen cabinets are oudated. Simply, the apts need to be remodeled to justify the high cost of the rent. The level of mold is ridiculous, and they seem to have a sewage problem. The drains reak of rotten sewage at times. There are a lot of nats flying around the apt this summer due to dampness. My apt was very drafty and cold in the winter. My walk in closet was like walking into a freezer. There is a water bill of about $25.00 per month. I would not recommend Chase Lea. I stuck it out rather than moving sooner, because when I leave this apt I wanted to move into my own home.

I live at Chase Lea currently... I have not seen or smelled these "drainage problems". As for the pricing, I found this complex to be comparable to others in Owings Mills.

You state that you have mold in your apartment. What floor are you on and what has the management done to rid your apt of the mold?

I agree the closets are freezing and BGE & water bills are too high. Stay away!
