I've lived here for a year and a half. Maintenance has improved - but the appliances are old. Although it's pet friendly, a stupid neighbor on disability or something because they never leave the house, complains if our dog barks, or any other dog barks. They're dogs, what the f? Besides the ignorance of some of the tenants, and the drunk stumblings and yellings of others, this place is completely bearable because of the management's improvements on how fast things are taken care of. You get your occassional kook, but it's usually the tenants.

YES the people who live there are rude, obnoxious and off the wall. For a dog friendly complex there are too many people who complain about the dog barking and management does nothing to stick up for the good tenants, they just say ok we'll send that person a letter which never happens. CLUE: Don't move to a dog friendly apartment if you don't want to hear barking!!!
