I lived here for 3 years and at first management and maintenance were great but then changes in the front office have made this place unbearable and that's not just because of maintenance and management. Tenants are rude!!! If you have to live here be careful on the ground floor because balcony tenants will throw garbage over the side down to your patio. Complain to management...Good Luck, nothing gets done. Try to take matters into your own hands and you wind up in an altercation with some rude, obnoxious tenant. Calling the police works best at that point but you shouldn't need to go through all this hassle when the rent is so high!!!
