I have lived in Chase Lea for about 1 year now. I love it!!! I am a single mom that came from HORRIBLE Bonnie Ridge Apartments to this community. The Maintenence staff is wonderful, friendly and responds efficiently. The leasing office is friendly and always answer my needs!!!! As for the dog crap, its not their problem, its the owners. Most community does not allow pets on their property. I am happy to see a community "OPEN TO ANIMALS". Its not their job to clean it up, but every mourning at 7:30am I see a maintenence member outside cleaning trash and dog crap. Again, its today society that makes a living condition unbearable to live. Not the Apartment.
I adore my neighbors. They are friendly and always tends to lend a helping hand if I need something. So maybe those who are complaining about this get out meet your neighbors, maintenence staff and leasing office, it would make your life more livable!!!! odusyNYCcZ7yL3Bj5JtG
