I regret moving in here! We just moved in not even a week ago. Bug invested...ants, spiders. Kitchen cabinents are outdated and literally falling apart and stained. It's as if they didn't even care to check the place before we moved in. Their maintence crew are idiots.

I don't necessarily agree with the "ghetto" comment, however, I do agree that there is a bug problem here. Although I haven't seen any inside my home, spiders and other bugs swarm at night in the hallways. I'm sure they are attracted to the lighting but there are webs everywhere. This has been the case since I've moved here and maintenance hasn't done anything about it. (Not that I expect any different considering they are just as non-responsive to maintenance requests in the home).
