When Laurel was the office manager, this place was great. She was on top of things, and problems were fixed as quickly as possible. However someone with the company noticed that she was efficient, and she was promoted. Good for her, but bad for us. Her replacement (Kimberly I think is her name) is clueless. This girl could not find her a$$ with both hands and a pair of sherpas. Snow removal? Wait until it rains, until then the parking lot is a solid sheet of ice. I had to write an open letter to my neighbors before SEVEN non functioing vehicles were moved from directly in front of the ONE apartment building. I have no problem with multiple vehicle households, but if you are not going to use your vehicle at least once a week, move it away from the front of the building. It is considerate to others, especially after grocery shopping and you have a lot of stuff to carry in. But back to the office staff. The new girl, is a note leaver, instead of calling to talk with you, she just assumes things and leaves note on your door. Plus the layout of the apartment leaves much to be desired. With the one bedroom with a den, the french doors between the den and the living room are the most useless feature. All they do is take up a wall. I shut mine and put the couch on one side, and my computer desk on the other side. Do not waste you time with this place as long as Kimberly is in charge. Everyone needs to gain experience at their job, unfortunately she is getting her experience by driving residences away. Every day you see more U-hauls and Budget rent-a-vans in the parking lot. In fact I was able to find a place with 200 more square footage at a price $300 under what chase lea wanted for my 1 bedroom with a den. The other place is even a 2 bedroom. Don't waste your time here, the staff is eiter so young and inexperienced, that they don't know what they are doing, or they are so old that you can see the reaper waiting.

Here's the deal with those junk cars. People got stickers on their cars warning that they were going to be towed. The people that owned the junkers moved the cars to the otherside of the street and took the stickers off.
I will say that they did haul away two cars over by 10 wellhaven. But we still have a couple here.
