For the money this not what you'd expect. Over all it is a quite community. The resident manager and office assistants are friendly but no very helpful. The grounds could be a little cleaner or someone could make more of an effort pick up trash around the complex. Appliances are very old and in need of repair/replaced. Cabinets and counter tops are old and out dated and falling apart. All windows and siding are covered with mold. I sorry but I would not recommend Chase Lea as a good choice. Overall I would have to give them below average for the money. There is one important thing remember about renting, if it isn't fixed before you move-in it is more than likely it will not be fixed at all.
