Ok where do I begin...I guess I will start with the good. Chase Lea is in a great location very close to the beltway and other convenient areas in Owings Mills. My neighbors are friendily as I get to see them walking their pets often. I do actually like the office staff as they all have been helpful to me in someway, at move-in Lois was great, the other agent, Isla who takes my rent checks is always nice and with the recent increase in utility cost at the complex, Kimberly was very understanding in reducing my new lease amount when I called concerned. Now the bad, parking is hectic. You have to get home early in order to find a decent space. I can say that the new light polls do brighten up the lots at night more than the old lights. People, I guess my neighbors sometimes leave trash in front of the complex trash enclosure. I got a newsletter from Kimberly a few weeks ago stating that the complex hired a new groundskeeper which has helped some. The appliances and countertops are old and outdated. I saw a sign up in the office with newer things in the kitchen and asked Kimberly about it and she told me about upgrade apartments starting soon. I don't remember all details she gave, but I know she said stainless steal appliances and granite countertops, and I think she said they will start in May. Overall I am a content tenant. I read one of the comments complaining about the letters Kimberly sends out to residents, but I can't complain. I like being informed about what is going on in the complex. Off my soap box!
