Past Down Hill From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/18/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007   I lived at this complex for two years and things have gone down from the time I moved in. There is trash in the breeze ways all the time and on the parking lot. Instead of sending someone to pick up the trash, they sent a notice telling people to stop dropping trash. Maintence takes forever, my roof was leaking and it took them a month to come and fix it, and that was only after I called the corporate office several times. They are doing remodeling, but only moved out units, not current lived in units, but they raised the rent $40.00. I would not pay the money they are asking for rent, you would be better spending it some where else where it is much nicer.
