I don't even have the time to list everything that is wrong with Chase Lea apartments. It's a compilation of all of these reveiws plus some. Instead I am going to give current and future residents advice on how to get your maintnence or other issues resolved. First, you will want to contact regional head quarters. You can do this by going to the website www.Morgan-Properties.com. Then click on "contact us" on the left hand side of the website. This will give you the address, phone number, and fax number of the corporate headquarters and also offers a property feed back form that you can complete online. If you want to contact the property manager, Isla Pyatt, directly her phone number is 410-458-9028. You also CANNOT be polite about having your maintnence issues attended to. The staff at Chase Lea will ignore you. They take politeness for weakness and you will get nothing fixed. I was polite about the fact that my dishwasher and shower were broken beyond repair and useless, the lights didn't work, the apartment was filthy...etc etc etc. They kept saying they would fix it but would never do anything about it until I finally lost it one day when the maintnence guy said he came to my apt and fixed everything and he never actually came (I was there alllllll day waiting for him). I went into the office and yelled and would not leave until someone came to my apt to fix things. I hate being rude, and I hate even more having to raise my voice but that is the only way to get your stuff repaired around here. If you can't handle being loud and rude, and you actually expect you apartment to be ready upon move in day and have all your appliances working, then I suggest you not move in here. I tried to add some pictures of the silverfish that are overflowing in my apt and I couldn't because you can only add pics that are 5MB. Trust me. These silverfish are humoungous and the are everywhere all the time. Nothing kills them. Mold is everywhere and keeps spreading (its a great environment for silverfish)and the ceiling in my closet caved in.

I completely agree with you! I have had the same problems with them.. The ceiling above my shower caved in twice and it took them 2 weeks to fix it each time, while still letting the tenants above me use their shower and nasty dirty shower water leaked into my bathroom. The only way to resolve it was write a threatening letter that we were going to call the health department and the attorney general. What do you know i got my ceiling fixed the same day the letter was received. I suggest not moving in to this place!! Its hell!

I have lived at Chase Lea since November and the most I've had wrong in my apartment was a towel bar that fell off the wall, and they had to replace my dishwasher....and that happened with a week. But they did explain that the dishwasher had to be ordered first because they didn't have one on hand. Other than that, I like my apartment alot! I guess the ceiling thing was due to a leak?? I havent had any plumbing or ceiling or pest issues....
