Chase Lea has really disappointed me. I really don't know where to begin...the lack of maintenance, the mold, the lost check issues...Every month I get called for a check they loss via Fed Ex back in August 2007. I reissued another check and I still get calls. A I can say is keep copies of everything. I mean everything. Isla tries but I don't know how many Managers this place has had since I've been here and I've only been here two years. Let's not mention the lack of shoveling that takes place...God forbid you live where there is an icy patch! Or what about the overflowing dumpsters.... I can't wait unti my lease is up. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone...

Since I've been here I've had at least four property managers. All have been unprofessional. Then Becky gets promoted to property manager...I can't believe it. The person that lacks customer skills gets promoted to Property Manager at another property. She must know someone cause she lacks professionlism and the skill. The only person that is always professional is Angela.

Finally after 6 months I no longer have mice droppings and I no longer come home to mice on traps. Although I still have to dodge the huge hunks of dog crap. I have a dog and I pick up after him but apparently not everyone has the same view!
