My boyfriend and I moved in this past February. We have had a few MINOR problems which most were solved. We have a minor problem with air coming through the cracks of our door, but it definately does not cause our heating unit to run more often. Honestly, I do not see what all the bitching on here is about. As for the pictures of the rodent poop, that person must have had a very dirty apartment to attract the rodent because there is no way a rat or mouse could get into the apartment. There are alot of families with school aged children. They can be heard playing loudly outside at times...but they are KIDS! The children are very respectful of the property too. While the outside of the buildings and the stairs are a little dated, the inside is not bad at all. Our walk-in closet is very spacious. We have a beautiful view of the woods off of our balcony and often see deer running about. While the appliances are very dated, they work. You can get an updated apt but the rent will be significantly higher. Alot of people have dogs here and they are very good about picking up after them. They even have "pet trash cans" located around the grounds so you can throw the droppings out right away! Our eat in kitchen is great and we turned the dining room into an office area. There is not much room for alot of furniture in the bedroom, but the closet makes up for that. We also have a large vanity between the bathroom and the closet which we love! It makes getting ready for college and work alot easier in the morning. Their is a huge storage closet off of our deck. We have been able to fit so much stuff in there its unbelieveable. The only downside is that our kitchen does not have a pantry. If you are single and living alone you will have enough space, but since we like to stock up on things we bought a pantry and placed it outside of the kitchen. Their is also additional storage space above the washer/dryer too. My first few months at chase lea have been good.

GLAD YOU ARE HAPPY WITH YOU NEW "PLACE"...MAKE SURE YOU PULL THE BOTTOM PART OF YOUR STOVE OUT AND FILL THE HOLES WITH ALUMINUM FOIL BECAUSE THAT IS WHERE THE RODENTS COME FROM. THE PICTURES YOU SEE OF RODENT DROPPINGS COME FROM A VERY CLEAN APARTMENT THAT NEVER HAD FOOD IN IT!!!!!!!!!
THIS POST MUST HAVE BEEN MADE BY AN EMPLOYEE OF CHASE LEA OR BY SOMEONE WHO HAS BEEN COMPLETELY FOOLED AND MISLEAD. DON'T WORRY--YOU WILL HAVE PROBLEMS AND RECANT YOUR POST!!!!
