This place was sold to my by the management office as being one of the best. When i signed my lease there was a new agent there that didn't know what she was doing at all. Took me 3 trips back to the leasing office to get the lease correctly filled out AFTER I moved in. My car was broken into right infront of my building. When I asked the property manager if she knew about the 11 RECENT break-ins she responed we knew about the robberies on property never the break-ins. She asked for the police report and said she would follow up with the local police department. She NEVER made a call. Since I work hand and hand with Baltimore County Police I touch basis with a long time friend of mine that did the police report and person I gave her to contact. She showed how much she caried about her tenants!!! The parking light outside my building was broken for almost 3 months before it was repaired. I spoke to Brandy about it several times with no results. I WOULD ADVISE ANYONE LOOKING FOR A PLACE TO RENT "DO NOT LOOK AT CHASE LEA" THIS PLACE IS VERY UNSAFE AND MANAGERMENT HAS A I DON'T CARE ATTUTIDUE.
