Letter to Chase Lea:

Good Afternoon Perry,

Over the past six months I have complained about the rodent situation within my unit. Since your team has come and sealed up holes along with the exterminator visits, I have seen at least 3 more mice. I am noticing droppings in my living room closet and along my sofa in the den and within my bedroom. They have almost consumed all of the poison that I have placed around my unit. Still to this day I am suffering from these conditions. To validate my concern I set up a video camera in my dining room area looking into the kitchen. I noticed the mice are coming from under the dishwasher and running under the stove and out into the remainder of the unit. The video revealed 3 mice running around my kitchen over night. The mice were feasting on a poison block that I placed in the middle of the floor.

Do you agree with me, that this unacceptable living conditions' This is has been an ongoing issue for the past six months. Yesterday I came home to find a dead mouse on my living room floor. How would you feel in this situation' The exterminator leaves me notes that they visit, however all the traps applied are ones that I have purchased myself. I have never had to live in rodent conditions and don't feel that the $1,080.00 rent qualifies such treatment. I have started my search for a new place to live. I will give a sixty-day (60) written notice when I plan vacating my unit.



I have also noticed mold growing in my bathroom. It seems to be a moisture problem coming from the upstairs unit. It is my understanding that mole is very dangers and could be harmful to ones health.



I have contacted the Department of Environmental Protection and Resource Management, Baltimore County Code enforcement, along with my legal counsel about this matter.

i moved out of an apartment at an 14 hartley circle......the rat sh&t pictures on the main page to this site are from my apartment, i mean my OLD apartment !!!!!

wow these pictures are really grotesque...i hope the dept of health does something to make Chase Lea clean up their act
