I just had to write something in response to those pictures!! I have been at CHase Lea for nearly 10 months now and I've never had any of these problems. I was referred here by my aunt who has been here for 3 years. Well...actually my BGE bill was kinda high last winter, but I heard everyone's was high because of the BGE rate increase. BUT I did have one issue with maintenance and that was resolved in about a week....but they had to wait for a part or something. I've had a good time and know all my neighbors because we all hang out at the pool. I dont' see what people on here are talking about...like I said...WOWSERS!

What is going on with this place!! I was considering moving here, but after seeing the disgusting pictures; I'll keep looking. The wires by the air-conditioning units look pretty scary, not to mention the mice, ugh! And what is that "thing" in the last photo? A slug, creepy!

People who post pictures and complaining about mice and BGE bills are just angry at the management for some reason; Perry has been trying really hard to please residents and now David, the Assistant Manager, is doing a nice job as well. Like lollipopgirl said WOWSERS!!
