I love the apartment but the issues with the mice are becoming frustration. I have had one to many. It is sad because I like the apartment alot but I don't like the fixtures, they rust and are old. The close with the water heater has holes, mold and dust everywhere.

I lived at 18 Hartley Circle and was told by Perry and Becky that my mouse problem was only in my bldg and my unit. Glad to see that I was not the only one with the problem. I moved last month after writing a letter to this office in PA. After calling the code enforcement office and my Lawyer they released me from my lease without having to pay any fees. It's been over 30 days and they have yet to give me my security deposit back. I am filling court papers against them tomorrow!!!

You people need to keep food off the floor. If you just bring up the sugar & flour and dog food where mice cannot get to it that will solve your problem. Remeber you are attracting the rodents with temptation. Plus you are spending way too much money on attorneys and code enforcement.

Wow..."pick up the food off the floor"....I was hardly home...i travel for work and my apartment was clean...how do you explain mice droppings in the bedroom closet inside my shoes? or under the sofa...I was told my Perry and Becky that it was field mice and that it was in my apartment because it was cold....maintenance told me the mice was probably traveling in the walls.... The 2nd floor apartment had a water leak, and maintenance did not come and clean it up. When I arrived home, there was water in the kitchen, living and dining room. I called after hours maintenance and when they arrived, they told me they forgot to clean up the water. OMG....
