High Cost, Poor Attitudes

I lived at the Gates for 2 years. The curb appeal is nice and so is management, at first. The office personnel are very nice and courteous, but the manager is rude and very unpleasant to speak with. With the amount of rent that is being charged and the lousy attitudes of management, you can find a place that is more suitable for you.
