I'm currently living at the Gates of Owings Mills. I have lived in several apartment communities over the past few years, and I must say that this is the best one yet. I've had a few maintenance issues, but they were resolved within one day of my reporting them: (garbange disposal went out, hot water heater went out, air conditioner went out). Although the senior management is very, very, very rude and thinks the world revolves around her, the rest of the staff has been great. The complex is fairly small, in comparison to some places I've looked at in the Baltimore County area. But overall, I can't complain. It's a gated community, which makes me feel safe. The area is quiet, convieniet, well kept and neighborly. The grounds are very grassy and well-groomed. I personally like it here. Other than upper management, I have no qualms.
