I lived at the Gates for 1.5 years and it was a great experience. Several maintenance issues were remediated within just a couple days. The pool and scenery are immaculate with a gated entrance into the community. I remember the rude manager there but she left after a few months, so you don't need to worry about her! It is a little expensive now but well worth it if you can manage it into your budget. I highly recommend...
