We lived in this community for two years. One week prior to our move out date they came from the management office to inspect the apartment. They said everything is fine. Once we moved out, the manager, Jenna Kutzor, decided to cut $100 from our security deposit due to two small stains on the carpet. They always steam clean or replace the carpet anyway before the new tenant. Those two stains could have come out easily after the steam clean. I found the manager's act very greedy and ridiculous. I do not recommend this apartment complex due to unreasonable management.

If the stains were that little than mabey you should have tried to clean them yourself since you put them there. Just a thought ??...

There should be some measure of usual wear and tear that allows for minor stains, blemishes, etc. This very act from management has deterred me from considering this complex.
