1140 a month and two small dogs. No storage unless u get a garage, Nothing for kids but a COLD COLD pool which is not vacumed each morning, proof is in the pool!! No drawers but two small ones in the kitchen. Master bed will fit a queen size bed and a med size dresser compfy. Anything else bigger...... will fit...... to say the least. Bee's... They do do make a call about there YELLOW JACKETS but they dont keep up on it. They do not have there own maint. staff on the grounds the main. staff is shared with other apartments so if ya have an emerg. deal with it. The leasing staff...ahh so so.. Getting onto Dolfield is a pain in the a$$ No ice machine at the pool, no water hook ups not even ONE on any of the apartments. These apartments no NO Convince to there residents at all. This place is VERY Blan!!! There car wash consist of a green hose and that's it (laughable at best) The BBQ is next to the pool and you might and as well get ur own grill seriously..Sometimes the small little details like having a water hook near your garage, or on the end of your apartment building, or a ice machine at the pool or a table near the BBQ or hell heres a long shot in the dark............Have Main. staff on the grounds to take care of problems that need attention asap. That would be good...It's the little things that do count in which they do NOT allow. You will pay for a very BLAN apartment. I am looking for ways to get the FUNK out of here!!! 1140 a month' Not worth it at all!! being military we had no choice in the matter to move to The Ass Crack of the U.S we payed 1140 for an apartment in Clearwater Fl. And for 1140 you got everything!! Bayside Arbors can teach this place a thing or 20.

Compared to where you used to live, you should be very happy. The reviews on Bayside Arbors were very negative. The only good perk is your view. And didn't you know that everything is expensive north of the Mason Dixon Line? And how could you call this place blan (bland maybe?), when there were accusations of two people OD'ing on the Bayside Arbors ground and you subject your children to this. MMMMMMM, lets consider these things for a moment. And oh, by the way, I do believe you have storage on your balcony? Have you checked? Have you asked?

What the heck is "Blan"? Based on the review, I can see that Gates of Owings Mills is not appropriate for illiterates apparently. What about for the rest of us?
