I have been living in this place for 9 months and I can't wait to get out. The management is poor, the conditions of the builiding are deteriorating due to lack of proper upkeep and maintenance and the trash rooms are a disaster. The walls are so thin that I can hear everything next door from snoring to ... well you know... Weh you tell the management staff about the trash and unruly residents that I'm sure they just let in to fill up the place, they say that they will jump right on it, but never act. This is my 9th month and I cant wait until my year is up!

Greenwich Place is a joke!!! Please dont let them rob you the way they have robbed me.

What I would like to know is, where in the same zip code can you find a place for the same $ that is: clean, well-insulated, properly constructed, is "safe", has ample parking, has no pest problems, and has responsive and capable management/repair staff? I am earnest in my question, because I have been unable to find any affordable housing in Owings Mills that ISN'T trashed, rating-wise.
