This place is awesome. My son and I have lived her since the the 12th of January and we absolutly love it. The property is well lite and even has great security. The clubhouse , pool area, and work out area are amenties well worth paying for. The apartments are very spacious and many floor plans to choose from. There is a trash room on every floor and even a parking garage that is enclosed inside the entire building. Free parking, no walks to the trash dumpster on the outside, and no long walks to the mail box. The price is kind of high but well worth the money. Pete whom is part of the maintenance team is an "All Stars". All of my problems which has only been a few has been addressed promptly. The office staff is "A1". Sharlonda (property manager) and Tammy (leasing consultant)should be role models for all property managers and leasing consultants. They are very polite, professional, and helpful. If there is anyone looking for a quiet spacious place to live call Greenwich Place your home.

Limited guest parking, AMC theatre kids walk throughout property freely, Trash rooms always filled with bulky items, Parkign garage not well lit, no speed limits, and DANGEROUS, club house is a joke, Pete was great but guess they ran him off,
