First of all, I don't believe everything I read. I have read all of the comments about Greenwich Place and most of them are one-sided, misleading, or just flat out wrong. I moved here not long after Bozzuto management took over. I pay an extra $50 per month to park my second car in the garage. I am grateful that there is a permit required to be in the garage now. I know that I am not paying to park in a garage where everyone else can just park for free. I don't see dead tags as much either. It keeps people who don't belong here out of the garage.

Next, one person reported that the alarm cost extra to activate. That is completely UNTRUE. At least I didn't pay to have it activated. I have referred two people and neither of them paid for it either. You just have to get a phone line. That is just common sense.

Crime: What do you want the office to do' They are not police officers. I am grateful that they even mention it to us. I have lived in places where things have happened that were never expressed to the tenants. Did you know that the "break ins" were at apartments where the doors were unlocked' You can call the local precinct and get the information. It's public. If the tenants would stop propping open side doors then alot of stuff would be prevented.

I have heard alot of things about the manager who was here before, but the one that is there now seems to care about the place and wants the residents to be comfortable. Whenever I have had a problem, she has done what she could to solve it.

I think the management is okay, but that does not make up for the poor building quality and nasty tenants. I'm sure you'll be changing your tune come the winter and you realize that your apartment is very poorly insulated and your electric heating bill is insanely expensive, even with the thermostat set to 62. Hope you're happy!

The managment is amazing and very helpful. It makes up for the cynical who don't comprehend that they live in an apartment, not a private home. You will get crazy people, loud noise, breakins and a fair share of drafty windows when you pay rent... deal with it or buy a house and make your own rules. It's Maryland, it gets cold. I agree with the original post and I've live in some of the best and worst places inthe country on two coasts. The only issue if I had any is the foot traffic to the movie theater and mall. But the mall is a ghost town and the movies are a weekend issue when I'm out on the town myself.
