I've been here since Dec. 07, and for the most part, my experience has been pretty decent. As far as the staff, I love Zebbie, and the other young lady I believe is one of the office managers there (usually works with Zebbie, but I can't remember her name), but the rest SUCK!! As for the problems with pets, I can't blame management for the trifling, no class having residents that allow their animals to urinate and deficate in the stairwells and in the garage, but I do think that they could be a little less nonchalant when it's being reported, and get the clean up people to clean it up.
The decision to let Section 8 people move in was not a good one.
I'm tired of nasty people dropping trash in the stairwells and in the halls. I'm sick of lazy MFers not cleaning up after the dogs they own. I'm tired of idiot savants allowing their children run through the halls and make all kinds of noise day and night. But most of all, I'm so damned tired of people playing their music loud, speeding through the parking areas and the garage.

This coud actually be a very nice place to live if it weren't for the nasty, disgusting, trifling, common, ghetto types that treat this place like it's not worth living in. As it is, I've never had bugs of any kind here, but thanks to the inconsiderate, dirty, filthy people that trash the community nd let their animals crap all over the place and not clean it up, I expect that this community will have a huge infestation at some point, and I'd blame those residents.

I do not work for management, and am not a huge fan of them, but I think that there has to be some perspective in many of these postings. Don't blame management for the problems that the residents started. Yes, management could stand to be more knowlegeable, and more considerate of it's residents. They could be more proactive in solving some of the problems, but the main problems are many of the residents, not management.

Personally, I would recommend the community, but with caution.

I just moved into this complex and so far I love it. I do agree with everything you said. If I knew section 8 recipients lived in these apartment I would have never moved in. So far I have not seen anything gross, and hope it stays that way. I also believe that management should invest in cameras around the building. If they do that and charge tenants that does something wrong, things would improve pretty quickly. Or maybe they would "Ghettoly" break the cameras also. Its really sad when people can not keep something nice nice.
