This so called "gated community" was the worst I have ever lived. The metro is right behind the apartment complex so there were allot of unwelcome visitors breaking into peoples homes and cars often. The management was leaving doors unlocked in the parking garages allowing unauthorized people to enter the building. People on foot can enter the apartment complex with no problem.
The front management area/ pool area are really attractive. Unfortunately though, the management is no longer in any means accommodating one your signature has been placed on a lease. This was the worst renting experience I have ever seen. Please enter a lease with caution. Section 8 housing rumors were spreading when I moved out.
