Please dont move here. This place is filthy and unsanitary. They NEVER clean the halls, stains lead right to your front door, bathrooms are disgusting, rowdy children run around un supervised, management doesn't have a clue how to manage, thugs hang out in garage late at night (good luck parking your nice vehicle in camera free garage), horrible....worst mistake moving here. !!!

I also live here, and I don't have stains leading to MY door. My bathroom is spotless because I keep it clean. Honestly, if your bathroom was disgusting before you moved in, you had 30 days to voice the complaint or leave the apartment. I have never seen a thug hanging outside the garage at night. (what is a thug? And why did you not call the copes?) The only thing I will say is about the lack of security in the garage and facility. Other than that, this place is not that bad. If you want to lie about a place, please do it with style.

I live here too and notice some stains in carpet but they're not bad. There were some breakins but crime can happen anywhere. I don't think cameras in the garage would deter crime. Look at people who rob banks and they don't even have a mask on! They could care less about a camera. Even if there were cameras, all one would have to do is cover it or simply put on a hat or hoodie. Anyway, I love my apartment and the staff has always been friendly.

I just recently moved into this complex as well. As I have not witnessed any stained carpet b/c I live in a townhome I tend to agree with the first comment in regards to the 'thugs' hanging out around the complex. I assume they are waiting on rides or at the busstop at the end of the movie parking lot. I have seen a few suspicious characters in the building late nite while trying to use the internet services but, as the 1st response commented...contact Baltimore County police. Crime happens EVERYWHERE...and yes even in Owings Mills MD. As long as the subway & buses ride out here there's really no way to escape it. I do feel that as paying tenants with rent more than $1500 I make it my business to report anything suspicious or anyone who looks suspicious and report to the leasing office as well. If you don't make complaints to fix the problem you become part of the problem. Maybe with enough complaints they will install cameras and have front desk security. Its a thought, like a said for the cost of rent we're paying, we need to voice those opinions.

Management is now aware that we are posting negatinve things. Now they are going on posting rebuttals. This place is a dump!!!!! I caught 2 mice in my garage in the last 2 months. Im terrified of these things and I have never had to fight mice or bugs until moving here

Everyone that says they don't have stains on the carprets in the hallway is a liar! I wall around the inside of the building all of the time for exercise. It is MESS IN HERE! The people that don't think must be used to living in a ghetto place. However, Im not! I can't wait to leave! That is the staff that id saying the positive things. They are liars and need to be relocated to a ghetto property. They would fit right in!
