Do you homework and talk to the residents. This complex is plagued with crime and management is awful. High prices should accomodate quality living. The structure is poor and you hear everything around you. Do yourself a favor and run. Damage to property, pests, animal feces, and management with bad attitudes. Do not rent here, there are other communities in this area that are much better

This statement is so true. Managment is only pleasant to reel you in it is so much like the bait and switch deal. bait you with the beautiful and switch on you when they know it's to late. I hate this place I have been here two years almost and can't wait to get out. May can't come soon enough. The only reason it is two years almost is the offer that was made good little did I know what went along with it. Don't fall for it in the long run what they offer ain't worth it that is right i said ain't. Check the surrounding area I promise you will find much better then here.
