This is a nice place to live overall. We haven't had any problems with the staff and maintenance has always been responsive. It's true that there are sometimes groups of kids loitering in the parking lots (especially since school is out) but so far we haven't seen any major problems. We did see a group of kids smoking pot in the stairwells recently and they are often hanging out in large groups by the cars. Sometimes on weekends there are people out in the parking lots making noise until 3 a.m. Overall, it seems like a relatively safe place with a few shady characters. Our apartment was very clean when we moved in, the faucet in the shower was broken however they fixed it within a few hours. The pool is nice.
