The apartment itself is really nice but I'm glad I'm moving...There are noisy 2 year olds that live above us (we live on the 2nd floor) that love to jump all hours of the day and shake our walls and chandelier...their trash pickup sucks...there's only 2 trash areas for the entire community and the average water/sewer bill is almost $40 A MONTH. What a rip-off. The fireplace is nice, as is the room bedroom setup. BGE bill will be high in the winter and summer...takes too much to keep the place at a reasonable temperature. There are alot of shady people that hang around the complex...dealing drugs...a few months ago, the swat team busted a drug ring in the building next to mine...a few of my neighbors cars were stolen, too...I think it's all the people that come from the Metro station...

It could be any body stealing cars and selling drugs. I come from the metro and I don't steal or sell drugs. Way to stereotype, real classy
