----- is absolutely the rudest person I have ever dealt with. People on here talk about ----- being rude, but ----- will just sit there and totally dismiss anything you have to say and smile at you the whole time. She is condescending, dismissive, irreponsible, curt, sarcastic and unbearably RUDE. She also doesn't accomplish anything you leave with her, so don't expect any follow through from her.
The apartments themselves are fine (except for the one I live in that still hasn't been refurbished from the last resident) but they're way too expensive for all the crap you'll have to put up with. There are crack baggies all over the ground and drug dealers in one apartment who have classy customers loitering outside all night long. Groups of young men sit in the hallways and smoke weed openly.
I would suggest to anyone that you live in May's Chapel in Timonium. New Town Owings Mills is way too pricey for the ghetto that it is.
