The apartment itself is pretty nice. Kitchen appliances finally work, after calling maintenance a million times. My dishwasher was inoperable for the first 3 months of living here!!!! Apartment is in decent condition and is new because of the fact that the whole Owings Mills area is new. The best part of my place was the rent 750$. You don't really hear alot of noise from above except for slight shower sounds in the background in the morning. The stairways are a bit noisy though, sometimes you can hear people stomp down pretty loudly. My apartment was right underneath it.

Unfortunate for me, I was stuck in Bld 55 which is the worst I hear of all others. I would repeatedly have neighbors at all hours outside my door, hanging out on steps. Everyone was pretty friendly, the lady upstairs was a bit too friendly (lot of mentally disabled folks in the complex). There are several noisy and loud neighbors as well especially in this building. You can see cars roam the area at all times of the night. The cops repeatedly come to the apartment for some reason or the other. I have this one neighbor who likes to throw their dogs poop bag on the lawn in front of me every morning/weekend and it lays there steaming until they have the decency to throw it away. I've complained about this to the office but have yet to see a change in behavior.

The rental office lady is very condescending. If you complain of anything, she just throws a large smile at you and ignores all your requests. They have a new manager now that seems to be more proactive so maybe things will change.

The apartment is good if you have to live in Owings Mills. All restaurants close by 10pm and there is not a whole lot to do in the evening. Also Fri-Sun nights are sometimes a headache wiht neighbors out on the porch all night. The apartment is great if your like me and stay inside of it most of the time. Keep your doors locked if you move here! One more thing is the gym....no air condition!!! So forget about using it during the summer. They actually turn it off in the summer. Never bothered to use the 5ft deep pool. They do have a nice tennis court though. If you do move here avoid moving into the buildings directly infront of the office and avoid the first floor! The blinds are not good enough to block out view of the inside of your apartment..very little privacy.

Wow!!! what alot of complaints, I actually live on the property and there is only 8 buildings on the entire property where is building 55? Something appears to be pretty fishy about your review and if you are the type of person who stays in the house, why are you so concerned with the restaurants and bars closing early. (Strange) I have been here 3 years and I also live across from the office so just amazing how two different people can have two totally different experiences plus Im still here..
