I have not been living in my apartment for less than a month and saw a rodent crawl in to my stove. The emergency maintenance man was rude and unsympathetic about the incident. When i reported it to the office manager she simply said it was probably a field mouse and I should get a cat. I found that to be unprofessonal and downright nasty. They found a hole behind my stove which should have been sealed before I moved in to the apartment. Lakeside was did not take all measures to make sure that rodents didnt have easy access to my apartment....and of course they dont want to let me out of my lease, even though Ive only been there less than a month. Management said I would get a new stove and then she turned around and said all they can do is disinfect the infested one. How nasty is that. And for the amount of rent that I am paying I shouldnt have to share it with Stuart Litte!! I recommend NOT TO MOVE TO LAKESIDE MILL APARTMENTS!!

Well I have never lived at Lakeside and I have been considering it, but I have lived at two other Owings Mills communities and it seems with all the freaking trees and woods in the area there are definitely field mice everywhere, what pissed me off is I paid through the nose for a gated community and my car was broken into twice. Sure no one could drive through the gate but they definitely walked around it and walked out with my personal belongings. So much for gated security. If I didnt work at T-Rowe I would not be trying again. I will be giving Lakeside a chance this summer (maybe) I struck out twice in the same block, paying twice as much. The big lady in there office seemed pretty nice and honest. We will see.
