Ok I read other reviews and wonder if they are telling the truth. I have lived at Lakeside Mill for the last year and here is the real deal. I live on the bottom floor and yes they do have mice. I was walking to my apartment the other day and saw a mouse running around outside. The maintenance crew is ok. My central ac went up the first week that it was in the upper 90s so it was burning up in my place. They purchased window units which was fine. They fixed it in a week. The downfall to that is I complained to them during the winter time that I had to keep my heat very high to keep my place warm. Had they fixed it then , I would not have had that problem when the summer came. Most times, they fixed the problems quickly. No one is perfect so I dont get too mad with them unless its something serious. Oh yeah, I had water leaking in my apartment but it was mainly on the tile so it didnt damage anything. Maintenance was pretty quick to resolve the issue. Also, I can see a big difference in the place from when I moved in and now. It looked better before. Now, The hallways smell like pee all of the time. The parking is okay. I love the room space. I have been to alot of apartments and townhomes and I must say that this place has bigger rooms than alot of other places. Management is cool now that Tanya took over. I havent had too many problems with them. I dont see people hanging outside all times of the night. If they are, I dont hear them. I dont feel threatened when I come home late. I dont really see anyone outside when I come home late unless they are going in the house like me. I do hear people going up and down the steps which can be annoying if you are trying to sleep. Overall, its ok. I can tolerate it.

i completely agree. when i first moved in the place was nice. now its a disaster. break ins at night, hallways smelling like pee, lights out in the parking lots and halls. maintenance use to be decent now they are horrible. i have had a leak for 3 days now and my carpets are ruined and the staff has yes to do anything. my neighbor below me has water dripping into his apartment now too!
