I have been living at Lakeside for the past 3 years and 3 years too long. Constant noise disturbance, kids hanging out in the hall smoking marijuana, incompetent office staff, Ghetto feel to it, grounds and staircases dirty, windows have gaps and nothing ever has been done. Oh no, I forgot once the ceiling in my bedroom dropped and it took them a week to fix it. However the top was when I found mice two weeks before I moved. My lease was suppose to expire, but i left 10 days earlier as I could no way be living there for another day. I even contacted the District Manager as useless as the rest of them. Just dont let yourself be fooled and for the price you pay you can live much better somewhere else. S

Amazed! I have been living here since2005 and it never seems to amaze me how, people always have something negative to say. I check this site periodically for laughs because I actually live here and maybe I am just fortunate but I guess the real question is. If it was so bad, why did you stay so long? mmm Amazing....

Many stay because it's one of the more affordable places in the area or they can't afford to break their lease. The place does look nice on surface view. It's all the other things in my review that caused me to want to leave.
