Parking - Plenty of space, however teenagers are always in the parking lot riding bikes and skating running into cars and causing serious damage. Since I've been here there have been several car break ins.

Noise - Neighbors are always shouting out front; teens hang out in the stairwell and smoke weed constantly. Fights in parking lot will wake you in the middle of the night. You hear everything from your neighbors apartments above you and below you.


Safety-Police are always around dealing with break ins and troubles teenagers. Can hear shootings and fights constantly. I do not recommend walking alone in this neighborhood after dark. Use to have a nice security system but was recently taken out. The front door does not shut properly and the locks barely work. Have asked staff to replace several times, but nothing has yet been fixed. Grounds are not lit properly and its very dark in the hallways and parking lot.

Quality of Apartment: The renovated apartments are beautiful; vaulted ceilings, plenty of space, track lighting, very nice! The windows weren t seated well when installed and there are visible gaps that you can do nothing about. Bugs come through all the time. Expect low quality insulation & high BGE bills, there is always a cold draft from coming in. There are no storm windows and staff refused to seal the windows before winter.

Maintenance: Staff is very friendly but worthless. If you have a problem expect it to either never be fixed or fixed within a week. I've been to the office called and emailed several times about emergency problems and after days they finally got back to me. This staff does more harm than good. Half the time they "fix" things they end up breaking more things. Many times several staff members have to come back.

Office Staff- The ladies are wonderful and will always help you out with a problem if you talk to them in person. Calling and emailing they just ignore you.

Location: Close to shopping center, mall, places to eat, gyms, post office, etc. Right down the street from 795.

A friend of mine moved to this complex. The apartment was really nice and I have even considered moving here. The only reason I will not is because a few months after she moved in, her car was stolen. I have to agree with you, people moving into this complex are becoming worse.
