Can someone please give me an un-biased information about this community. Are there any safety or noise issues' Is my car going to be ok parked outside' Any pest problems' ARe there any parking issues (not finding place to park late') and am I going to be safe walking in after dark'
I was promissed a lot of community renovations like they will change the carpet in common area of the building and will extend the gym and will install a grill in the picnic area. ARe these renovations something I can count on' I know the pool will stay closed. Is there anywhere around the area where I can get pool membership'
How is the management' Do they answer service requests in timely manner and fix the problem in one attempt' Is the property manager someone you can count on or is hard to deal with'
I would really appreciate it if you are someone who lives or have lived here and ans these questions.

I live here and the office staff is awesome! All of the buildings are controlled access so you should fee o.k. So far there hasn't been a problem with parking. Obviously coming home late at night you may not get a spot infront of the building, but it's well lite. Yes we have the grills and the common hallway carpet has been installed. I understand that they are installing it in phases. 6 hallways have been completed. As with the clubhouse, they closed it for renovations and as promised it was availble within 30 days. I think the gym may take a little longer but I have full confidence in management that it will be back up and running soon. As far as the property manager - she is very nice and easy to get along with. She is serious about the community and loves to laugh with her residence. I hope to see you at the next resident function in August. I've been here for 3 years and I love it. Great place.

looks like you and trickeyj1 are just one person, how would you know even the details of the hallways being completed? I'm positive that you're not a resident but someone who works for them..

Yes, I agree with you! The 8/22/2007 comment sounds a little to detailed to be a resident. This place is posting their own comments like people are stupid. Now, that makes me think that they are the opposite of whats being posted by them. I bet the property manager is a real ----- and not nice at all!

So I moved out and it is 2 years later. to the real residents who replied what took you guys so long. It was by far my worse experience I had with apartment management not to mention how I did not recieve my deposit back and was billed extra for damages that were not my fault. I agree that the manager is a real ---- but I am only getting started with my negative reviews about this community. Oh believe me I have a lot of details that I plan to post here and anywhere I provide a review. I am also not going to let them bully me with these charges and I am getting an attorney. will be posting what comes out of it. The manager is not friendly and I have had some of my worse phone conversations with this lady!!

Please make sure that you document everything that is wrong before you sign the lease they will charge you for everything little thing. Don't expect to get back your deposit. I have read many negative comments about the manager and staff but my experience has been very good with them. They are very responsive and fixed problems right away.
