If you move here be prepared for your electric bill to increase not because BGE is on the rise but because this place has new windows that are poorly installed.The washer and dryers are in each apt but they are small and old. If you have lots of clothing and linen, you will have to wash daily. Since you pay your own water bill(which they don't tell you until you are signing your lease)this creates an increase in that bill. The floors are weak in some spots and that can be irritating to hear, especially in the middle of the night. The fitness center is small and cheap looking, while the pool is only 4 feet deep... nothing olympic about that. So, I guess you realize, they lie in their advertisement, too. Never tell the manager anything personal outside of what she needs to complete your application...serious integrity issues there.A lovely person on the surface but not very honest within!

Well now that you have been removed from the building I am sure that we all will enoy some peace and quite. Ever since you moved in last year we all have had to put up with your nasty attitude and bad behavior. You should not hate on those that enforce the policies. We all knew based on the person that you are that you would post a nasty review about the community. Glad you are gone and sure that you will be removed from the "better place" it's only a matter of time.

Okay Amy or should I say (Anonymous), Since you didnt have enough integrity once again to post your comment with your identity. I wasnt removed from the complex, I left since my lease was up and you knew that I would be leaving since December 2008. All that other foolishness that you discussed means nothing to me. I posted my comment b/c I have the right to my opinion. Just like the other thousands of people that post on this site and others; it has nothing to do with my attitude. Nevertheless, I don't have to go back and forth with you, Im just going to pray for you. As a matter of fact...Heavenly Father your word says that you take care of fools and babies, please take care of this fool as she will probably be immature enough to continue replying ANONYMOUSLY because she has nothing else to do. Bless her with whatever her heart is in need of like, compassion,peace,joy and agape love for all man kind;regardless of their financial means. Give her husband the stamina to put up with her so that she never has to be lonely again. In Jesus' name I pray...AMEN!

I agree the manager(Amy) is a SNOB, and got an attitude problem. she treats tennats as if they work for her,she is not FRIENDLY at all.I lived there and glad I moved.Apartments seriously have a problem with heating system (BGE was around $300 to $350/mo )but they will not admit it.heaven forbid if she'll know that you said something wrong about the complex(she thinks she owns it or inherited it !!!) really why she's even still there she should get fired , because of her a lot of people left.I was able to convince 3 people to rent somewhere else.Amy you are a red neck and should really should leave your place for someone else who will respect the tenants who pays you sallary and reduced rent apartment, really you are RUDE.

Oh wow - I checked the place out and had a feeling that the manager was that way - she came off kind iffy to me - I will definately NOT be dealing with that place.
