I moved here in January and I am SOOOOO pleased with the professionalism, amiability and mannerisms of the leasing office. The maintenance staff are on point and you even get follow up courtesy calls from headquarters. Its soooo quiet at night, I truly dont know WHAT the heck those other people are talking about. Its a great place to have your kids go out and play and not worry about much. I live in a two br townhouse and when i moved in everything was tip top condition and anything that wsnt ( we were missing a shelf in the fridge) was handle the next day.

Exactly. This person lived in the townhouses... on the NICE side of the complex. Check out the ghetto side because unless you have money and are WHITE you will be living on the ghetto side. And I say that as a WHITE person who had no money when I lived there. I honestly never saw a single minority on the nice side the entire two and a half years I lived there. Thank God I graduated from college and got a job that paid me enough to move into a good complex.

which complex are you talking about? I am about to move here soon. I have one month to cancel lease if I don't like it here. I want to live with other professional career person like me.
