I haven't read too many of the comments here but the few I have read have been negative. Just wanted to say I live in Building 228 at Morning Side Hgts and have had NO problems at all. No bugs, no trash in hallways, no noisy neighbors. My neighbors, in fact, are very nice, pleasant people. I pay my rent on time and have had no problems with getting maintenance done since I've been here. Overall, I would recommend it but would check the particular building that you are thinking about renting. Some, are filled with young people who may cause problems but luckily I have not had that problem. I also like the fact that there are only 2 apts on each floor and the way the apts are made the adjoining wall is placed where it is hardly any noise heard from your next door neighbor. Also, compared with other complexes in the area they are cheapest. Well, that's my review....and NO I don't work for Morningside, just a happy resident here.

IF ANYONE LIVES IN BUILDING 131 COULD THEY LET ME KNOW IF THAT IS A GOOD BUILDING. WHAT DOES EVERYONE CONSIDER THE GETTO SIDE
