So, I moved here from Michigan without being able to look at the place first. A friend did it for me. Given the area it was the best offer I had to move when I needed to in August.

When I moved in, the items noted on the walk through were not completed, it took over a month to get someone to complete 3 items on that list. In October I wrote a letter and received about 150.00 back as a refund, and I still have items on my original walk through that have yet to be fixed and it's January already.

I have a horrible problem with crickets in my townhouse. I think in part it has to do with me living above the laundry room. The warm temps are great on my heating bill, but disasterous for my bug free home. On average I will kill at least 5 a week it's repulsive.

Also I don't like that there aren't any cable outlets upstairs in the townhome and they won't let you drill new ones so I'm stuck with not television upstairs in my room.

I was demanding enough to get a washer/dryer in my unit, in which I'm totally thankful for as I've heard people complain about clothes being taken from the laundry room downstairs.

The insulation between the townhomes next to me, is minimal as I can hear all that goes on as well as I'm sure they can hear what goes on in my bedrooms.

I also have tried to pull into the parking lot in front of my building and have had kids, shout obscentities and spit at my car. These kids also have been reckless enough to play catch with a football over my car while I was driving and it hit my car. Never did they expect a 5'2 woman to get out and take them on..but at that point I had; had enough.

I pay an awful lot of money for mediocore at best living. I would recommend you look somewhere else to live.
