Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2006
 
I lived in morningside in 98 for about 3yrs. things were great and it was quiet.THEN it went down hill. rent went up.maintenance was cutting grass as early as 6am. I ended up with a crappy neighbor that sat her trash outside her door causing a nasty smell and odor. someone was always in our parking spot and someone keyed my husbands car and broke in once. office personel became very snooty and was no longer friendly. we were able to break our lease and the property manager wanted to keep my husbands lay off letter. I offered a copy and they wanted an original. after telling him we needed the original to handle other matters he rolled his eyes
