I lived in these apartments for a year and moved out because I could no longer take it. My biggest and only complaint was the flooding. I lived on the 1st floor and every time we had a hard rain, my living room, bedroom and dining room would flood. At one point I was sleeping on my couch because all of my wood furniture had to be moved to kitchen bathroom and other dry parts of house. And better yet, all maintenance would do is dry out the place until the next flood. Don't think I was silent about the situation. I wrote letters and made calls insisting the problem be resolved and not temporarily fixed but that did not happen. When I moved out they wanted me to pay cleaning expenses for the mess that their flooding had made. Live there at your own risk is all I can say.
