I have lived here for 3 years and it's been a headache. I'm leaving next month. There was water leaking out of my light fixture in the bathroom and maintenence put a LARGE hole in my wall and left it there for 3 WEEKS!!! A rock came out of the wall and almost hit my 2 year old! So I'm leaving ASAP. 2 people were shot in our community. Someone egged my friend's car when he came to visit. We have to pay water to a company who is based in Florida, so they are not calculating the usage but just taking an average. My bill jumped from 25 dollars to 45 dollars to 98 dollars (and this is not overlapped payments, I pay on time). I'm in a small one bedroom so I don't understand. My neighbors and I have actually thought about striking. I wanted to transfer but they denied my transfer because of my credit but I got approved at 4 other apartment communities (one is home properties owned), I don't get it so I just took it as a sign that I need to get the hell out.
