I am a 21 yr old girl who wants safety first and foremost in a home. Morningside has been this for me.

It isn't the nicest of places, but how much do you want' It's good for the money.

The pool is really nice. The maintenance people are responsive. There is even a tanning bed for use by the tenants (though, I think my roommate and I are the only ones who use it).

Overall, it is okay here. The neighbors aren't specifically 'friendly,' but they aren't mean -- just not social.

Anyway, it's a good time.

Yeah, I agree with you. It seems like all the responses posted are angry people who get even angrier when someone else is actually happy or satisfied with their apartment. I wasn't going to comment for fear of being ridiculed by some anonymous, angry, spitefull, bitter person. You know what? I don't care! I live here and I like my apartment. I've also lived at Rolling Wind and liked that apartment too. I have lived at a few other communities in B'more that I wouldn't recommend my worse enemy to live at, but Morningside definately isn't one of them. I am a single mother with 3 children, and we feel safe. I never had a problem with maintenance or the staff. I live at the back of the property in the newer looking buildings and I love it! Now say what you want, but if you had lived at the really awfull communities that I've lived in in the past you wouldn't be complaining! If you want the Ritz, then pay for it, but me and my humble pockets are greatful for the comfortable humble accommodations of Morningside!
