Rent at morningside From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/25/2008 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2008 4 photos   I can say I have been here for about 4 years ans had some problems, YES the staff needs to learn customer service. They are for the most part RUDE and don't know a thing about renting to people or how to keep people here. They have no training and are off the streets and treat peple in that level. I have had packages delivered to the office and recived it without a problem with the exception that no notice or call it was there. To me the problem comes from who delivered it did not leave a note saying it was deliverd to the office. It is better for them to go to the office than be left on the doorstep, seeing that it will get stolen. Pets are ok here, ANY size and or breed, They do not inforce the size and breed rules. There are gangs that hang in the parking lots and in common areas. THUGS and they do not care and will tell you just call the police. as you know they don't care either, until someone gets killed or beat up or your house gets ripped off. Do not put anything of value in the storage areas seeing people will rip it off or sleep in it at night...
